How to white hair to black

Amala + Coconut Oil

Gooseberry is a vitamin rich fruit. It is one of the main ingredients for so many beauty purposes.  It contains vitamin C and antioxidant properties both of which help preserve the melanin in your hair follicles. This slows down the greying process.

Ingredients
1.  tbsp Amla Powder
2. 3 tbsp Coconut Oil

Steps to Use: 
  • Heat the amla powder and coconut oil in a pan until the powder starts to char. 
  • Set it aside to cool.
  • Once the oil has cooled, start massaging it into your scalp and apply through the length of your hair.
  • Leave it in for an hour (If there is no problem of cold you can leave it in overnight).
  • Wash off with a mild shampoo if needed.
Note: To make Amla powder buy dried Gooseberry from Ayurvedic shops and grind it into powder. If not available this, buy normal Gooseberry from market and grind it into paste before mixing with oil. 

Henna Powder ( Mehndi/Mylanji)

Henna is a natural hair dye. Its not only treating white hair also promotes hair growth, soft etc. Henna alone will result in a reddish colour of the hair, so we have to add some natural ingredients which is useful darkening and also hair growth.

 Ingredients need to make Henna Hair Pack:

  • 1 cup Henna Leaves
  • Coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brahmi
  • 1 tablespoon Indian gooseberry
  • 1 tablespoon catechu( karingali) : if available, then use it. Instead of this we can use with the other ingredients.
  • Coconut Oil

Steps To Use:

  • Pluck the Henna leaves and keep it in the sunlight for dryness.
  • Powdered the dried leaves
  • Mix the henna powder with as much coffee powder as desired.
  • Add the curd, lemon juice, catechu ( if available), brahmi, gooseberry
  • Add small amount of coconut oil.
  • Make the mixture into a pasty form
  • Let the mixture sit for two hours.
  • Apply the paste onto your hair. Leave it in for an hour.
  • Rinse the hair with water.
Note : If Brahmi, Catechu is not available, then no need to worry, we can use the above mixture without adding them.
This recipe should be used twice a week for soft black hair.If henna leaves not available can buy henna powder from shops .

Sesame seed + Water

Sesame Seeds are rich in trace minerals and vitamin B. If available, choose black sesame seeds for these remedies.
Steps To Use :

  • Soak the sesame seeds in water for overnight to make them soft
  • Gride the sesame seeds along with that water
  • Apply the resulting paste to the scalp and throughout the hair with gentle massaging movements.
  • Wash the hair after an hour.
  • Black sesame oil with shankupushp also used for blackening of hair.
